Hi there! I'm a UX/UI designer with a background in customer experience and a passion for designing intuitive, user-centered digital products. I earned my Master's degree in User Experience Design from MICA, where I built a strong foundation in user research, interaction design, and usability testing.

Throughout my experience as a freelancer, I've collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and develop websites—leading user interviews, iterating on wireframes, and delivering polished prototypes to developers.

Before diving into design, I spent over a decade in customer-facing roles in the banking and service industries, where I learned the value of empathy, clear communication, and staying cool under pressure—skills that continue to shape my design approach today.

I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, MD.
